Mosque at ground zero?

What do you guys think?

I dont know but I think they should put more thought into something like that, since 9/11 happened in the name of Islam and all, I would've thought they had been more conscious about that. (obviously not)

legally they can do it, but it seems like more and more that may not be the case. I think they shouldn't have any problem with going 4 blocks further away or something to be just morally sympathetic but sometimes I wonder if they are doing it just to cause problems.

Its really a difficult debate

I'm not sure its like.. Not building a gun shop in an area where people have died from gun crimes. I definitely see the moral point it would seem like they should just building it 1 mile down the road, its almost like they are doing it to get a reaction and still go through with it since legally they can, I wouldnt be surprised if people involved with terrorists are funding it.

(not to say mosques are bad at all and i have nothing againsts mosques.. wanna put that out there. )

Just seems in alot of cases most people would've just said "our bad" build down the road and get on with it but instead theres so much drama over it almost as if they are doing it on purpose

Same here I think if they didn't want to make so much trouble they would've decided to put it somewhere else a long time ago, only reason why i think they should do it down the road is because the WTC went down from people doing it in the name of Allah (sp?) I don't see why it just HAS to be there....

like. seriously??? Do they just HAVE to put it there? Legal or not.
